Today I’m updating you about 7-yr old Dylan, and his trip to New Orleans to interview people about the effects of the oil spill on the sea life. But first, don’t miss my announcement the other day about our September minisessions:

Okay, enough of that. Let’s get to Dylan’s video. This is an update to our story a couple weeks ago about Dylan, a 7 year old St. Louisan, who was so concerned about the animals caught in the BP oil spill, that he took action. WITkids, an organization that helps kids “do whatever it takes to make the world a better place,” provided Dylan with a video camera to use on his trip to New Orleans so he could conduct interviews. They have now posted one of his videos about sea turtles, and it’s frightening to hear how much oil they get out from inside the turtles’ digestive systems….and interesting to hear how they do it!
